Solid slab walnut desk
A beautiful walnut desk created for our client with black powder coated steel legs. A characterful piece for any home or office space.
Custom black American walnut cabinet
An American black walnut veneered cabinet made to suit our clients’ requirements and dimensions. Produced with no visible fixings, soft close cabinet hinges and black leather and chrome stud handles. A graphite pigment hard-wax oil was used which showcases the walnut grain beautifully.
Custom designed TV media storage unit
Our client required a storage solution along with a feature wall design to enhance their living space, so we set to work on designing this custom media furniture, catering for a 55’’ TV, sound bar and speakers. Our client specified RAL colours for spray finishes and requested handleless push to open doors.
We understand that you will wish to receive your new furniture as soon as possible. Our items are truly bespoke and are produced entirely from scratch and to achieve the highest level of quality takes time and care.
As our products are made to order, delivery timescales can vary. However, they usually sit within a lead time of 10 – 12 weeks for large or detailed items so please bear this in mind at the time of order. Once your items have been completed and are ready to ship this will be arranged and coordinated to suit you where possible. Delivery of bespoke items is usually made within 10 days from completion.
Some smaller items are can often be produced quicker and you will be contacted to arrange delivery. Occasionally there will be items listed that are available for immediate sale online and can be dispatched within 7 days.
We only deliver within mainland UK and do not currently service areas outside of mainland UK. Any overseas deliveries will require arranging yourself.
Most of our deliveries are made by external haulage companies/courier so please ensure we are notified of any issues we may need to be aware of in advance, in order to avoid failed delivery or problems with delivery. Any re-deliveries will be charged for.
Please consider the access to the location of your product and ensure it will fit through doors, stair wells etc. some items will be too large to deliver in one section and may require several packages. Please discuss your requirements at design stage.
If you have arranged for subcontract installers, please ensure they are aware of the products and understand their requirements.

Evo furniture is a bespoke furniture making business specialising in high-end, contemporary designed items and industrial style furniture and homeware. All products are designed and crafted with care and attention to detail in our workshop and trusted subcontractors, with materials sourced from local suppliers unless otherwise specified by client.

All quotes are guaranteed for 30 days. Beyond this point a re-quote will be required, due to fluctuating material costs and availability.
Surveys and design work may be required and will be discussed at quotation stage. This will be arranged and undertaken after receipt of deposit.
For all bespoke commissions we require a 50% deposit to be paid after a quote is agreed and an order placed, orders will be accepted in writing only along with any order numbers for your reference. This is non refundable after 7 days of receipt, this is to secure materials and labour slots. The remaining 50% balance is to be paid and cleared in our account prior to dispatch.
Any items listed for sale on our website are required to be paid in full at time of order and will then be dispatched within 7 days.
All payments to be made by BACs and once received by Evo Furniture ltd. Will be acknowledged via email confirmation of order.
Evo Furniture ltd. reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason or at any time.
Evo Furniture ltd. Design and produce bespoke products that are made to measure, we cannot accept returns or cancellations on orders beyond 7 days from an order being placed due to ordering of bespoke materials and work commencing on your project.
Please ensure at the time of order that you are entirely happy with all dimensions and details within the project and that you have read all our information on the materials used in your product, (particularly timber and the characteristics of the grain and the changes that can occur over time) as well as our full Product Care information.
Please also ensure you have checked measurement details carefully in advance of placing your order since we cannot issue refunds if we deliver the items and we cannot transport them to your desired location, or that they do not fit.
We cannot take cancellations of bespoke products once an order has been placed and the 50% deposit paid and therefore, work on the product has begun.
If you wish to cancel an online order of a standard item, please do so before dispatch. In the event you need to cancel an order after dispatch, the refund will exclude any delivery and return costs incurred.

We are extremely passionate about our furniture with all our pieces designed to be robust and long lasting. We ensure we select the right finish for each product, based on its intended environment and use.
With our products being made from natural materials there can be natural movement and change over time which is simply part of the ageing process.
Tips for looking after and enjoying your furniture for years to come:
Evo Furniture ltd. Highly recommend not to use any standard household cleaning products or polishes and we recommend only a lightly dampened cloth to remove any surface dirt or dust and buffed dry. Do not leave any residue that can mark the surfaces.
Direct exposure to ultraviolet rays from sunlight can cause fading and damage to furniture, please avoid placing your item where it may be subjected to this.
Please avoid placement of furniture in close proximity to heat sources such as fires and radiators as this can cause excess movement within materials and could result in warping and cracking.
Ensure you don’t place hot or wet items directly on to your furniture and use protective mats or coasters.
From time to time oiled and waxed timbers will require a recoat to maintain protection and the quality of the finish and this can be dependent on usage. Evo Furniture ltd are happy to discuss and supply wood care packages so please ask.
